AddressThe Role
Reporting to the Production Manager your focus will be on:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated Production Team of approximately 10 members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development as needed
- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency of production lines, proactively addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
- Maintain meticulous records for team members, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and that records are regularly updated and upheld.
- Take accountability for upholding HACCP and GMP standards on the production line, ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols across the site.
- Monitor and enforce company standards and policies regarding GMP, hygiene, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Drive a safety-first culture throughout the organisation, prioritising the well-being of all staff members.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met across the shift, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role will give you the opportunity for someone to help run a key part of the manufacturing facility for a leading national organisation.
You will drive lean manufacturing, 5s and be instrumental in leadership within the Production Team. This role will allow you to make a difference through your strong people management skills.
