Responsibilities:
• Quality control
• Count and check incoming orders (goods inwards)
• Dispatch and invoicing
• Liasing with freight companies for bookings, deliveries, and issues
• Using freight & production computer software daily
• Maintain neat warehouse and working area
• Constantly optimising processes to streamline our growing business and operations
You need:
• Good computer skills, Excel, Word, Email, CRM, website
• Purchasing / procurement experience would be favourable
• Having Smartfreight experience will be desirable
• Great attention to detail is a must
• Experience with filling in consignment notes and correct labeling
• Ability to lift, stack, wrap and move cartons/pallets
• Able to multi-task and handle deadlines
• Own transportation to work
• Stable experience working in a stores/warehouse environment
• Current and valid forklift license
• Checkable references
