Pope Packaging is a highly successful Australian owned and operated market leader within the packaging industry, with operations throughout Australia and overseas.

We are currently looking to employ several full time Production/Machine Operators to be based in Woodville North in our growing Flexible Division.

You will receive full training and join a team of dedicated Production Staff. Our Production Facility has completed its first stage of significant investment, and we are looking for new team members to help move us into our next stage of growth and investment.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow safe working instructions.
• Willing to contribute to our safety standards and culture. 
• Proven ability to establish strong internal relationships with other production team members, Supervisors, and auxiliary support staff.
• Self-driven. Willingness to learn new skills and grow within our organisation. 
• Critical thinker able to analyse and contribute to our continuous improvement culture.
• Competent level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to problem solve and coordinate successful resolution by engaging with appropriate customer teams and internal technical resources.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technical concepts.
• Proven record in working with quality standards and production KPI’s.
• Strong time management skills
