What role will you play?
You will be responsible for proactively driving the development of strategies and processes to facilitate cyber functionality across the organisation and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate and drive understanding for Adoption and technical perspective.
By defining and developing the knowledge base and information assets, you will facilitate control implementation for internal business groups, such as technology enablement guidance, Manage the Adoption plan as well as monitoring and reporting to various forums.
You will also act as the internal advocate for the transformation program by driving initiatives, uplifting ways of working and staying abreast of prioritisation and changes.
What you offer
- 10 years' experience gained in a technical domain such as cyber, technology, digital or engineering
- Project management and delivery experience to plan, sequence, monitor and communicate success
- Proficiency with identity management or cyber security will be highly regarded
- Ability to understand and convert abstract technical information into commonly understood business language, producing materials for stakeholders of varying levels
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills to understand needs and challenges as well as the judgement and ability to forecast, join the dots, work with detail and be a structured thinker
