Program and Business Lead to spearhead our innovative professional education initiative, designed to empower both the public and private sectors with essential net zero knowledge and skills.
About the Role:- Strategic Impact: Play a key role in driving our cross-institute program, aligning with our strategic and Business objectives
- Leadership: Manage development timelines, drive business development and sales, and ensure financial targets are met
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Head of Program Delivery at Climateworks Centre and the Director of Education at MSDI to launch an exciting new suite of education products
Your Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the creation and implementation of a cutting-edge professional education offering in the climate change and net zero space
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategy for our education products, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining business performance
- Innovation: Take charge of the creative process, from generating ideas to prioritising them to meet key business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate activities across various teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Team Development: Mentor and manage a team of professionals to achieve outstanding business outcomes
Who You Are:- Educated and Experienced: With a postgraduate qualification in business management or a related field, and with extensive experience in program management and Business development and the management and delivery of professional education
- Skilled Leader: Adept at managing educational product lifecycles from ideation to launch, with a keen eye for seizing market opportunities
