We are looking for a highly motivated Program Coordinator to oversee and manage our outdoor education programs. As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for pre-program handover, program delivery and leading and developing the outdoor education team. You will work closely with our team of instructors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outdoor education programs that meet the needs of goals of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outdoor education programs, including curriculum development, scheduling, logistics and staffing.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the programs, including ensuring the safety of participants and overseeing program evolutions.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for program staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in outdoor education, program coordination or management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of instructors and support staff.
- Knowledge of outdoor education industry trends and best practices.
