Drug Awareness Rehabilitation and Management (Drug ARM) is a not for profit organisation committed to reducing harms associated with alcohol and other drug use.  Drug ARM has been a specialist provider of alcohol and other drug services since 1980 and currently operates throughout Queensland and parts of New South Wales.

About the role

Drug ARM has an exciting opportunity awaiting you to join our 'day-based' rehab program. Providing structured and intensive support to individuals aged 18 and above facing moderate to severe substance dependence.

The Project Coordinator will take charge of the day to day operations of the Day Program. This includes managing the daily routines, coordinating schedules and rostering of staff to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. 

Your leadership will empower our dedicated Day Program staff to thrive in their roles, identifying program deliverables and offering indispensable support and guidance to ensure alignment with our organisational vision and goals.

About you?

The key experience and skills desired for this position are: 

• Undergraduate qualifications in health/human services OR
• Two (2) years’ experience delivering alcohol and other drug services; 
• Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products; 
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to make a difference.' 
• Strong community connections
