As the Program Director, Complaints Clearinghouse Governance Unit you will play a key role in leading a small team to deliver on the Queensland Complaints Clearinghouse Governance Project.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- leading key deliverables and driving program outcomes through efficiency
- representing the Queensland Public Sector through consultation and engagement of stakeholders internal and external to government
- ensure best practice project methodologies in line with Queensland Government policies and processes
- drive team collaboration and motivation through strong leadership and communication
- strong stakeholder relationships including engagement and management skills
- experience in leadership of multi-faceted teams
- exceptional strategic program delivery experience including expertise in ICT technologies
- high level organisation and time management capabilities
- highly developed communication skills
