Rate: $1100-1200 per day, including super

Our client is an established Service Delivery organisation looking for a Program Manager to join their high performing Technology Delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of ownership and accountability for services and delivery related activities within the assigned accounts
- Maintain a trusted partnership and relationship with the account team and key customer stakeholders on behalf of the organization
- Provide insight and line of sight across all programs and projects - with an emphasis on the financial and business outcomes
- Accountable for the definition and maintenance of Service delivery strategy and execution across the portfolio.
- Collaborates with, and supports, pipeline activities, including estimating costs, resourcing, creation and/or presentation of customer-facing materials.
- Accountable for oversight of the health and profitability of the services portfolio on an on-going basis
- Accountable for scope management and change control of the service delivery portfolio, leveraging defined governance practices to gain final approval/sign-off of changes.
- Define and maintain the delivery engagement strategic staffing plan across all service lines to ensure a commercially viable plan is defined, implemented, and maintained.
- Accountable for defining and overseeing the overall delivery strategy and quality of Service execution - including standards for governance and communication across all lines of business.
- Accountable for facilitating regular portfolio reviews with the customers, account teams and key stakeholders
- Facilitates a Quarterly Portfolio Review and Continuous Service Improvement plan. (Client facing)
- Regularly monitors and assesses customer satisfaction through formal check points and informal feedback
- Coaches and mentors the Program and Project team members as needed, to achieve the optimal productivity and highest quality of deliverables
Your experience
- Establishing, influencing, and maintaining relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders / decision makers up to 'C' suite level.
- Extensive industry knowledge of service delivery strategy; with focus on continuous improvement and governance
- Experience in working with and development of content and responses to RFP's, contracts and development of applicable customer presentations and proposals
- Relevant background and experience that can be leveraged to identify new opportunities and ability to influence the client's approach or strategy
- Capable of providing a consistent and trusted lead/interface to the client on a broad range of delivery topics, with the ability to promote the broader capabilities
- Minimum of 10 years active Portfolio and Program Delivery experience across technologies and methodologies.
- Extensive experience developing, managing, tracking, and forecasting the financials and budgets for large scale programs.
- Excellent understanding of the contract process. Able to manage contract modifications, control the impact to a program, and take the lead for negotiations on contract scope, cost and schedule
- Strong team building skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Salesforce CRM software experience
- CSM, PMP, PgMP or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
