Program Manager

Grow Talent, a leading information technology and services company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, on-time and within budget
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Track project metrics and performance indicators, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Ensure effective and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management

• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience in leading agile software development projects is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
