Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team:
The successful candidate ideally holds 4+ years of experience in an administrative, project management or market research role to manage the support activities necessary for successfully executing quality benchmarking studies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for market research, have a keen eye for detail, and be numbers driven!
What Success Looks Like in this Role:
This position is responsible for leading the execution of the customer benchmarking program(s) including research design, data collection (both quant and qual) development of data/report specifications, data verification, report production, and overall program management.
This position reports into the Australian Operations Director, and will require daily communications with the Australian Operations Team and the Central Services Operations Team (based in Canada) to ensure all aspects of the assigned programs are completed in accordance with program objectives, timelines and coverage targets.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage 2x direct reports (Program Coordinators)
Survey Planning, Design, Testing.
Daily review of completed surveys, identifying appropriate candidates for qual interviews.
In field Quant & Qual – Gap Analysis/Coverage for all Sponsors by Account, working with Head of Engagement to ensure responses from Program Critical Respondents.
Infield Survey - Determine additional subject companies to be queried/rated by participant.
Product Planning - Manage end to end of Data Processing
Reporting – Manage end to end of Reporting, investigating queries, and program statistics.
Qualitative Output - Format qualitative responses into a consolidated excel verbatim file at the end of each program.
Project Management – managing project timelines, and delivering to all agreed project timelines as set by the Operations Team Lead.
Other – Provide back-up support by completing duties as required to meet the needs of the Organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Analytics preferred
4+ years market research and project management experience
Knowledge & Skills (competencies):
Advanced skill level in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of Excel functions and formulas such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Macros is critical.
Fluency (written & oral) in English
Strong verbal & written communication skills (internal and external contacts)

Comfortable with data/numbers
Career Development
Progression to Senior Program Manager within the department will be determined via annual PDP performance review process.
Location:
Sydney based role. This hybrid remote/office role will require a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
