Program Manager

Base Salary: $183,633 p.a. plus Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading

About the Project
The Early Childhood Education and Care Program is a collaboration between TAFE NSW, the Department of Education, and industry experts, aims to fulfil an election commitment by providing comprehensive professional development and support for Early Childhood Education and Care professionals in New South Wales. Through a three-phase approach, including workshops, online courses, and Communities of Practice, the program addresses educator needs and retention challenges while ensuring equitable community access across regional, remote and metropolitan areas via TAFE NSW campuses.

- Visionary Leadership: Lead teams with strategic foresight towards long-term goals
- Coordinate Teams: Guide project managers, maintain governance, and harmonise efforts across TAFE NSW functions
- Drive Excellence: Oversee project components, from business cases to progress tracking, aligning with quality standards
About You
To be successful in this role you require the following:
- Qualifications: Degree qualification in program/project management/related field or equivalent significant experience
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience leading transformative projects in complex organisations
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive collaboration with high-level stakeholders for program success and goal alignment
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Address project planning challenges swiftly and effectively
- Governance and Quality Assurance: Implement robust measures for project excellence
