OnTrack Tasmania is a growing NDIS provider whose staff enrich the lives of people with disabilities and or mental illness. A strong focus on social justice and Participant focus guides support to enhance independent and connected lives. OnTrack advocates and makes referrals to housing, services, community groups, options for accessing employment and other needs and interests; we walk beside them.
We seek an experienced manager in our human resource teams to ensure ongoing quality services to Participants. Interested?

- ensure person-centred, efficient, effective, quality and capacity-building services to people with disabilities through recruitment and ongoing engagement practices
- take responsibility for the development of the talent and Human Resources team
- participate in developing strategies in support of quality service delivery
- share knowledge, mentor other Managers and guide the organisation according to legislation requirements and NDIS standards
