Role Details
This role is take the lead of a program of works required to transition the Department of the Premier and Cabinet from a supplier provided End User Computing solution to an in-sourced model. Transition will include hardware, supporting systems and moving desktop services to the Service Desk/Services Management team. The Program Manager will work closely with all ICT Services teams, vendors, the department (and other departments supported by ICT Services) ensuring a smooth transition for all our customers.
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
