Eden Ritchie is seeking a Program Manager to deliver significant organisational change and business transformation initiatives leading a multi-disciplinary team in a customer focused and highly responsive environment.

As the Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop a forward program of work to drive and embed the culture change and performance expectations of the business.
- Identify, influence, program, and co-ordinate resources outside the projects and across other areas of the Department to support the achievement of project and business outcomes.
- Develop, actively operate, and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other government agencies (federal, state and local), vendors and the general public.
- Prepare organisational data and business insights that will support leaders to make informed decisions, optimise workforce performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Support and coach senior leaders to enable teams to identify business improvement opportunities and efficiencies to enhance service delivery to customers.
Requirements of the role:
- Remains composed during high-stakes situations, supporting the team to recognise gaps in information and seek advice to enable a prompt and considered response.
- Role models courage and persistence and supports others to work through obstacles in the delivery of projects.
- Experience in collaborating, facilitating and engaging business areas to embrace transformation and change.
- Experience in delivering and measuring the success and impact of organisational or culture change project outcomes.
- Demonstrates flexibility and openness to the diversity in the team, supporting approaches that enable all individuals to participate to their fullest ability.
