We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bathroom Project Coordinator to join our team. This key leadership role offers a secure and rewarding career path within a leading company in the industry.

You will work closely with our bathroom sales people to ensure a smooth project each time.
About The Role :
- Planning & Scheduling: Efficiently plan and schedule projects, coordinate trades, allocate resources, and minimise delays.
- Job Budgeting: Managing job costs, ensuring projects are delivered to budget.
- Understanding Job Plans: Draw, (using drawing package to create plans) read, and comprehend job plans.
- Quality Control: Monitor work progress, document accurately, and ensure high-quality project completion with no re-work required.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain positive feedback from clients throughout projects, ensuring a great client experience.
- Safety Measures: Oversee and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both workers and clients.
- Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- Communication Mastery: Utilise exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Residential Renovation Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with bathroom renovation experience.
- Requirements: Australian resident with own vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic computer skills.
