Salary is $80,000 to $100,000 plus super.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial recording and reporting to a high level of accuracy in CRM
- Department reporting and budgeting under management supervision
- Ensure all statutory and end of month activities are completed
- Plan, monitoring and controlling the financial activities of the business in line with management/owner strategy
- Work with project managers around new and current projects
- Maintain financial reporting calendar & manage monthly reporting cycle checklist
- Reconcile all transactions
- Bank Reconciliations to be completed daily
- Identifying and implementing areas for system and process improvement
Support the finance team with day-to-day operations:
- All projects
- All info coming in from projects
- EOM - Fixing issues
- Project admin team
- Construction background
- Not necessarily qualified
- People person (good on the phone)
- Review of reports
We are seeking someone with recent and relevant experience who has full working rights and is able to work in the office full-time.
