You will support the coordination and implementation of various project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Reporting to the Project Owner and Committee, you will assist in project planning, stakeholder engagement, budget tracking, risk management, communication facilitation, change management, and documentation/reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Support in monitoring project expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining adherence to budget constraints.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and assist in preparing reports for project governance forums.
- Assist in general administrative duties for technology rollouts and transitions.
- Experience in supporting office fitout projects or construction projects advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
