Based in Revesby North, this exciting Project Administration Support role will suit someone with 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role looking for their next career step.
This role will see you:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with client enquiries.
- Processing cash sale orders.
- Recording data accurately as part of the estimating and tendering process.
- Liaising with clients to obtain / confirm relevant and important information specific to their project.
- Reading building plans and scheduling jobs accordingly.
- Issuing invoices via MYOB whereby packing slips, delivery dockets and work orders are generated.
- Completing compliance certificates.
- Filing and general record keeping.
- General administration assistance as required.
Skills & Competencies
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) along with superior people skills.
- Strong administration & organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workflow.
- Excellent problem solving skills combined with the ability to take responsibility and action.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
Your previous experience of 2 - 3 years in a similar role will enable you to demonstrate your commitment to detail; quality and customer service whilst exercising diplomacy; discretion and sound judgement when dealing with confidential matters. You will be a great team player who works easily with a diverse range of people.
This role will enable you to deal with a variety of customers, so your customer service ethic will be excellent. You will need to be able to work autonomously whilst being able to complete work at a fast pace.

Previous experience in the construction industry and MYOB would be advantageous, however is not critical.
