Seeking an experienced Project Administrator with the capability to provide operational and technical support to project teams, and understands operational technology systems.
You will work across several significant projects in the Mining sector and will have a key role liaising with stakeholders and the management team.
You will support and lead the development of business cases and investment evaluation analysis to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.
You will drive the process, completing tasks and checklists, handing over projects at the backend, to operational readiness.
This a great opportunity to be part of exciting new projects. Initially starting as a 6-month contract, it can potentially move into a long-term ongoing engagement.
About the Role- Communicate with engineers and Operations people on a technical level, understanding engineering jargon and references.
- Run workshops with technical people, engineers and operations people.
- Process documentation, business cases, project change requests and other supporting documentation required to support the project.
- Work across multiple projects for different project managers.
- Qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Business or Engineering
- 5+ years' experience working in engineering and /or resources projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Developing and leveraging strong working relationships with key customers to drive continuous improvement.
This role is base in the Adelaide CBD. You will be required to hold full working rights in Australia to be considered.
