My client is a well-respected Boutique Residential Builder that delivers prestigious Custom, Duplex & Multi-Unit projects for clients throughout Victoria. Due to their consistent and sustained growth, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly, easy-going team and contribute to their success.

Acting as a right hand to a supportive Director, you will play an integral role in providing project-related support. No two days are the same in this role which makes your job interesting and diverse. This is a technical administrative role and will suit someone who is interested in progressing their career in project coordination.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Project workflow management
- Prepare & Present HIA contracts and variations
- Authority applications and approvals (Building Permits & Utilities)
- Scheduling inspections
- Manage phone and email correspondence
- Prepare and follow up fee proposals
- Provide direct project related administrative support
- Liaise with developers, architects & engineers
- Ensure a smooth handover and settlement with clients
- Assist the construction admin team with ad-hoc tasks occasionally as required
- 1+ years’ experience in Residential Construction in a similar role is highly regarded
- Strong administrative and multitasking skills are a must
- Ability to confidently follow-up on documentation and liaise with stakeholders
- You are a team player and enjoy a fun, friendly and supportive environment
