We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Tender and Projects Administrator to be part of our innovative, dynamic and growing administrative team. This role will be based in our Gold Coast office providing administration assistance to the Project Managers with project related tasks such as the coordination of tenders, estimates and preparation of invoices, systems/data entry as well as additional administrative assistance as required.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Download tenders and prepare tender summaries
- Complete and format all tender schedules to ensure they align with brand standards
- Source and edit CVs, company statistics and project information
- Collate tender submissions
- Send out tender deliverables and calendar invites
- Assist with submission writing as required
- Preparation of invoices as required
- Actively support the team with general ad hoc admin duties
Applicants will have:
- Proven experience in a bids/tenders/marketing administration role within the construction/building/infrastructure industry (desirable)
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working with a leading team of professionals
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and ability to produce a high standard of documentation in line with brand guidelines
- Has a minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience and skills in a similar role
- Experience in preparing bids/tender summaries, in line with brand standards
- Basic accounting and invoicing skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business/administration or similar will be highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Word)
- Strong Adobe Suite skills (especially InDesign)
