Jaylon Group was established in Perth in 1945 and is a leading supplier and installer of geomembranes throughout Australia.
We currently have an office-based opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join the geomembrane division in our Malaga head office.
You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Mobilising site staff and equipment to projects
- Undertaking clerical tasks including seeking quotations, raising purchase orders, inputting budgets & variations and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects by undertaking ad hoc tasks as required

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to solve day-to-day problems
A background in contracting or construction would be desirable.
