Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic New TerminalProject Administrator.
What you’ll do:
The Project Administrator for the New Terminal Project at Perth Airport will provide high-level administrative support to the New Terminal team.
Duties include managing project information and document control, coordinating meetings, developing, and updating project documents, providing support for stakeholder activitie , and managing office requirements.
Everyday tasks involve facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with procurement and financial management.
About you:
- You will possess a qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role.
- The candidate should have experience in compiling tender documentation and reports, and an in-depth understanding of document control.
- A deep understanding of Aconex for uploading, retrieving, and managing document versions, workflows, and reports is necessary.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software are required.
- The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
