Seeking an Projects Administrator to join our energetic and collaborative team within a successful Brisbane based electrical contracting company. The position is predominately located in Lytton QLD 4178, with some travel to site required on occasion.
The type of person we require will have the ability to communicate at all levels, a positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team.
Reporting to Project Management Team members your duties and experience will include but not be limited to;
- Administrative support to the Project Team
- Ensuring QA documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Management of various project registers & associated documentation
- Updating of project reports, timesheet management and weekly reporting
- Assistance with labour management
- Document control
- Sample & technical submissions
- Assist project manager with monthly client progress claims, submission, and payment schedules.
The ideal candidate must have the following key attributes.
- Minimum 5 years’ Administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Understanding of operational workload and ability to complete work within project deadlines
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
This role will be predominantly office based, however some travel to construction sites may be required.
Possession of White Construction Card is preferred or willingness to obtained immediately, and open drivers licence required.
