About the role
Working alongside a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a large refurbishment to an existing building for a high profile client
Receiving and evaluation tender submissions from subcontractors, including the preparation of relevant scope of works;
- Managing the review and timely award of subcontract agreements – including assisting with preparation and finalisation of agreements;
- General document control and dissemination
- Implementing Procore across the Project control team
- Fortnightly PCG meeting and email communications between the stake holders
Skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience post completion of tertiary studies;
- Strong commercial, and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to drive positive outcomes with key project stakeholders.
- Open minded, strong work ethic with willingness to learn.
