Job description

Residential / Project Contract Administrator

Rendition Homes is a leading custom and volume builder known for developing aesthetically designed homes with a well-respected brand that has operated in South Australia for more than 30 years.  Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for Project Administrator to join our tight knit team in our Pre-Construction Department as a Contract Administrator with an attention to detail who can work autonomously & collaboratively with a wide range of skill levels within our Victorian Office located in the North of Melbourne.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Exemplary Time Management Skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong Numeracy & Literacy Skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office 
  • Customer Service & Construction Industry experience is considered advantageous.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Able to understand and interpret building contracts and plans.
  • Manage the process of building governance through the authorities (Building Permits Applications)
  • Assist through the tendering (estimating) of the project where necessary. (Onsite training will be provided)
  • Coordinate and administer information from our site team as the conduit to both our office and clients.
  • Ensure all the information kept in the database is correct and up to date (client details)
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of products, services, and processes in order to confidently interact with clients. 
  • Be part of the delivery service of a new home to our clients. 

Your duties will include, though not limited to:

  • Processing and administering Client Contracts
  • Contract Production & Administration
  • Processing of Variation Requests
  • Administration of Selection Requests
  • Complete File Reviews prior to Construction
  • Ensure Clients are kept up to date.
  • Processing of Utility Connections
  • Liaise with Drafting & Construction Teams to maintain communication with the client and Sales Team
  • General Administration
