Your new role – Project Administrator
Due to expansion and consistent growth, we are looking for a Project Administrator who will be responsible for timely & accurate preparation & delivery of all documentation throughout project mobilisation & completion for the Project Installation business. You will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for organising and following up on multiple projects, liaising with customers, staff, ensuring all documentation is prepared in a timely manner and assisting the other PA’s as needed plus much more.
What your new role will involve?
- Review and confirm project scope and required documentation including client orders, account status, site information, installation information (plans and job description).
- Review client purchase orders and or contract and advise Project Manager of any issues.
- Preparing documentation and folders for project and installation teams; including site safety documents.
- Review project completion documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Preparation of handover operations manuals including compliance certificates and warranty.
- Scanning and filing of project completion documentation.
- Maintain the Projects Register.
- Liaise with head office accounts personnel & assist promptly with any documents required to collect payment.
- Assist in PPE distribution activities, scheduling deliveries/consignments
- Ensuring a high level of quality and detail.
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager as needed.

- Open honest discussions regarding areas of improvements and commitment to learn and improve from analysing previous performance and underperforming contracts.
- The applicant will be responsible for the outcome of the work they complete, they will advise the Project Manager in detail of any areas of improvement and efficiency that may be gained in future projects.
