Your new role
Administration is what you love! As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to a small and high-achieving team. You will have sound skills in Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, and be systems-savvy to effectively maintain diary management, raise purchase orders, and support multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-known Tasmanian organisation, that operates multiple ports and airports across the state.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator or similar, along with:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex tasks, simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of financial, procurement, and contract software systems
- Current driver’s licence
