A Snapshot
As the Project Analyst reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the Development team, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Lead the existing periodic reporting and administration requirements across the entire lifecycle of AirTrunk developments
- Champion the continuous improvement of reporting tools across development projects to improve efficiency and governance
- Lead the integration and development of the cost management system
Your Day to Day
- Lead the reporting requirements for the development team, with key deliverables to senior managers, executives, board members and external key partners
- Present and call out data trends in monthly committee meetings to the leadership team
- Work collaboratively with the development team to strategise and develop reporting tools, including data bases, models, and dashboards.
- Be available as the cost management system super user support - champion the development of the system and processes
- Act as a regional conduit for team data, ensuring consolidation and consistent outputs across the portfolio
- Conduct in-depth analysis by applying your modelling, data, and presentation skills to generate effective dashboards and presentations
- Provide input into the continual improvements and innovations to the reporting and administration functions, ensuring scalability, governance, and transparency along the way
Requirements
- Successfully developed and maintained reports for development/construction projects
- Familiar with Power BI (or equivalent) and intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel
- Able to deep-dive and distil large data sets into meaningful insights
- Degree Required - preferably in Engineering / Commerce / Construction
- Thrive on proactively communicating with varied key partners and synthesising data into a reportable format
- Experience with Cost Management/ ERP systems
- Knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Procore is an advantage
- Proactive nature, curious mind, and ability to build relationships at all levels
