Role
- Manage job sites for both new construction and existing
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Participate in the tender process
- Create schedules for the construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed
- Manage project progress at Goldtower and the timelines required
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
- Experience in hiring full-time and temporary labourers to contribute to each project
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders where necessary
- Create and manage the budgets for each project, including supplies, materials and labour
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
- Designing risk mitigation plan and working with the online platform of SINE
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary to the Goldtower project
Job qualifications and requirements
- Project management high competency
- Engineering and Business Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent related field
- 5 years’ experience in new construction and a supervisory capacity
- Previous Shopping Centre or Commercial site experience
- Previous experience in medium to large construction/development roles
- Required licences to enable site management including current driver's licence
- To perform well in the role, you will need to have written and verbal communication skills. Be able to think big picture and have strong leadership skills with all levels of the workforce.
