PM-Partners group is assisting one of our project delivery customers, a large financial group, to engage an experienced PMO Manager to work in a large technology portfolio; this will be an initial 12 months contract based in Sydney CBD.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolio alignment with organizational goals and ensure effective project delivery.
- Implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring PMO success.
- Coordinate resources across projects to optimize utilization and prioritize based on project needs.
- Implement metrics to monitor projects progress, budget, and benefits realization.
- Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability.
About you:
- Minimum of 10 years of senior PMO experience, with a background in banking and finance sectors.
- Demonstrating expertise in managing large programs/portfolios up to $600 M.
- Proven track record in team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
