Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Narangba, QLD. In this role, you will play a vital role in coordinating the logistics of relocating removable houses.
Responsibilities:
- Secure all necessary permits for relocation projects, including road transport permits, council permits, and railway crossing permits (if applicable).
- Facilitate pre-move meetings with clients to ensure clear communication and address any concerns.
- Schedule concrete deliveries, concrete pumps, and any required hire equipment for relocations.
- Prepare and manage payment schedules, ensuring timely payments from clients.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, crews, and internal teams throughout the relocation process.
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the relocation process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience in the construction or transportation industry (a plus).
