We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator looking to make their mark on our branch in Gladstone. If you would like to become a member of our friendly team we will offer ongoing training and support to assist you with further career advancement within the company.
Skills required for this job would include:
- Professional presentation and high level of communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add where possible.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Be able to use initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment.
Your duties would include but would not be limited to:
- Quote preparation.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Preparing customer orders and expediting goods to site.
- Managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Coordinating project activities.
- Contributing to project planning activities and project schedule record keeping.
- Managing quote requests and negotiations with current or potential suppliers.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and costs.
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
- Strong Excel and Word experience.
- Strong co-ordination and problem solving skills.
- Be able to use initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment.
- Professional presentation and high level of communication skills.
