Job Description Job Title: Installation Co-ordinator Reports to: Operations Manager Position Scope: To provide assistance to the Sales Team, Project Managers,
Warehouse and Accounts to ensure the timely and efficient ordering and supply of Labour and Hire equipment.
Key Responsibilities Activities
Contractor Management
- Process Incoming Projects requiring labour or hire equipment
- Allocate Contractors to projects
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Purchase Orders to fulfil current and future requirements
- Ensure the Contractors register is up to date
- Assist contractors with SWMS when necessary
- Assist Administration with contractor renewals in June each year
and Equipment Hire o Purchase Order interrogation report (completed
Sales Orders)
Sales • Assist Sales Staff with o Contractor and Hire Pricing o Contractor Availability
Project Management • Assist Project Managers when requested o Raise Purchase Orders o Process Goods In
Accounts • Non Project jobs - Ensure invoices issued to customer
- Ensure deliveries entered into system
- Check Supplier invoices and pass on to Accounts for payment

Warehouse • Advise Warehouse of any delivery delays or changes promptly
