Air Conditioning company Project Co-Ordinator.

Well established Air Conditioning & HVAC company based in Southwestern Sydney region is looking for an experienced quality Air Conditioning Project Co-Ordinator.
The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with the project team members, managers, and administrative staff to help deliver organisational projects efficiently.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the air conditioning field required, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of both domestic and commercial installations, including split, ducted, cassette, VRV, chillers, plant rooms, package units and ventilation systems etc.
- Previous office experience with the ability to use computer programs such as MS Office range of suites, (in particular excel, Word and outlook), Monday, familiarity with online builder programs such as Procore, Acconex and Commnia etc. an advantage.
- Proven experience in preparing design and construction/marking documentation.

You will be responsible for:
- Liaise with managers to formulate objectives and understand company requirements.
- Seek competitive quotations on materials between all suppliers for products to be used on site.
- Compile and draft quotations based on management’s initial proposal for submission to clients.
- Creation and management of electronic files relating to projects and other relevant records.
- Manage project inventory, including product orders and deliveries.
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all areas.
- Ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that employees are supported with supplies and any documents as required.
- Create Health and Safety policies, SWMS, Safety Management Plans.
- Draft certificates for issuance by management.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to management.
- Work with team to track project progress for reporting and invoicing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Air Conditioning Cert 3 or Electrician Trade.
