We are partnering with a large retail company that is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.
As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
To be considered successful in this role you will be comfortable in delivering the following:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Support project managers in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
