About the Role
A unique opportunity has opened for a Project Co-ordinator to join Roy Morgan’s Questionnaire Management Team, to help shape the future of Roy Morgan’s Single Source, our flagship market research product that helps businesses, regulators and government bodies make informed business decisions.
As part of the Questionnaire team, you will work closely within a supportive and friendly team to assist in the design, development and execution of continuous improvements to our surveys. You will perform various tasks, like maintaining project documentation, answering internal queries, updating process documentation and providing suggestions for improvement.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Review and document questionnaire changes requested by internal stakeholders.
- Collate all relevant information related to the request.
- Sense check requests prior to submission to management for approval.
- Complete and track paperwork for approvals.
- Assist in answering questions regarding questionnaire change process.
- Liaise with survey programmers to ensure that approved questionnaire changes are implemented correctly, issues are resolved, and surveys are fully checked and ready for launch.
- Update changes and associated documentation to ensure they are ready for distribution to meet the strict deadlines.
- Maintain filing system for electronic and paper files associated with projects.
