Your new role
The ProjectCoordinator for Innovation & Enablement plays a crucial role in coordinating aspects of the innovation programand being part of initiatives within the Technology, Engineering, and Knowledge(TEK) group. The role involves coordinating activities and providingcommunications support for TEK.
Responsibilities:
TEK Business Plan Development:
Assist in developing the TEK business plan and related reporting requirements. Maintain reporting schedules and plan the delivery of reporting artifacts effectively.Communications:
Collaborate with the TEK group communications lead to implement communication plans. Create communications materials across various channels, including posts, articles, and scripts.Intern Program Coordination:
Manage relationships with external educational institutions providing interns. Coordinate intern placements, working closely with managers and handling logistics. Organize events such as visits from external stakeholders, with support from communications and administration staff.What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, successfully delivering innovation projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to create content for diverse channels. Experience in managing relationships with external partners or educational institutions is advantageous.What you need to do now
