The steady growth in the Plexxcon Remedial division has brought about the need to bring on another Project Coordinator within the team. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person who is eager progress their career with support working directly under the Remedial Manager and with close support from the Director.
About the role
- Head up multiple projects in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane region with the support of your administrator and project supervisors, in the $100k - $2m price range.
- Take control of projects from tender to award, including scope of work for trades and our internal teams, trade letting, programming, general project administration and final project close out
- Lead the project administration including project variations, delays, requests for information, and general negotiations
- Chair site meetings with clients and liaise with project stakeholders
- Provide support to the site team
- Work from office and site locations

About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry and/or remedial works
- Current driver’s license
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude willing to go the extra mile
- Diploma in Building & Construction or higher qualification

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
