Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking two (2) Project Coordinators to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment.
About the role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist and work closely with the ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch. In addition, you will:
- Use project management tools and processes to support workflow and coordination, and group or strategic projects.
- Review and perform quality assurance of work products before progressing to the executive.
- Liaise across the Agency on meeting papers or other documentation for supporting the executive.
- Coordinate work streams within the branch Program Management Office, using project management tools and stakeholder management experience.
- Plan and book travel and assisting the executive with other administrative and logistics tasks.
- Engage across the Agency on work products, including by collating inputs and feedback, and setting up collaborative work processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a range of HR related matters, including recruitment, workforce planning, and staff moves.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven project coordination or administration experience, ideally within the government or healthcare environment
- Current or have the ability to hold a Baseline Clearance
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment.
- Immediate start pending Federal Police Check
- 12 month Casual Temporary Assignment
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- Richmond, VIC location
- Two positions available:
- APS4: $43.82 per hour + super
- APS5: $55.24 per hour + super
