About these roles:
Two permanent opportunities exist for experienced Project Coordinators to work in our Brisbane CBD Office.
The positions are in the Stations and Facilities team and will be responsible for supporting project management and associated services to ensure the projects are meeting the requirements of safety, time, cost and quality.
We are looking for team players that can also work independently and have strong communication skills.
In these roles, you can anticipate some of your daily activities to include:
- Develop and maintain project documentation on behalf of Project Managers
- Develop and coordinate project reporting requirements
- Assist Project Managers ensuring issues are managed and opportunities for improvement are identified and addressed
- Gather, collate and submit asset transfer information
- Coordinate and implement the delivery of project activities in accordance with the project plan on behalf of the Project Managers
- Attend construction sites where required to support the project team
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience in the application of project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder relationship building and their engagement throughout a project
- Consultation skills in both oral and written communication.
- Great problem solving skills together with recognising and resolving issues associated with project tasks.
The successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a large organisation. Interpersonally, you will have a natural relationship-building ability, and strong communication skills.
