Are you a Project Coordinator with experience and is looking for growth, development and ongoing training on and off site.
Be a part of a global leader in the Cooling and Power Systems and Solutions Industry, work with a boss who’s worked his way up in the business and work closely across the departments in keeping the back-end administration up to date making sure everyone is kept in the loop across projects, clients, ordering and logistics from start to finish.
Day to Day:
- Working with and building relationships with colleagues and clients collaborating across projects working across multiple jobs
- Working with the Project Managers on reports, proposals, tenders and all back-end administration and submissions
- Keeping up to date across purchasing and logistics of works, reporting, and keeping within budget
- Working with Purchasing and Logistics, and technicians – booking and coordinating jobs and deliveries with Project Managers
What we are looking for:
- If you a technical aptitude – an engineering background is a massive bonus, electrical, fire or plumbing to
- Someone happy to attend site when needed – has a white card, Car and Licence
- Strong eye for detail, strong reporting experience
- MS Suite – Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Amazing customer service skills – clear and strong communicator
- Wanting to learn, invest and grow within a business
