PROJECT COORDINATOR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator at our Browns Plains branch. We are seeking an enthusiastic team oriented person who is well organized and shows attention to detail to take on this full time role currently available.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess the following qualities:
- Front of wall plumbing experience is essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong arithmetic skills.
- An attention to detail and accuracy of work output.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise their workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Power Point is also ideal but not essential.
- An understanding of building construction is ideally suited.
This role offers variety, with duties including (but not limited to):
- Review and assessment of Request For Tender (RFT) documents.
- Quantity take offs; read plans and specification documents.
- Contact and communicate with preferred suppliers, factories and/or manufacturers that supply to our network.
- Preparation of tender costings; quotations from suppliers.
- Preparation of tender submission documents including, quotations, picture proposal, technical specification sheets, maintenance manuals.
