Project Coordinator | Construction

About the Role
Our client is a busy national builder who has been operating for over 10 years across all of Australia. They are specialists in the construction sector with a focus on residential projects. With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Coordinator to join their Sutherland Shire office.

• Assist the Site Teams with trade allocation.
• Manage budgets and timeframes across the project
• Assist the Site Teams with running construction works and Client queries.
• Maintain contact with the home occupier regarding timing of works.
• Update job information via company CRM and tracking workflow accordingly
• Manage subcontractor bookings and manage subcontractor invoices for processing
• Assist with additional customer service & administrative duties as and when required.

About You
This client is looking for eager candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the business.

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Tertiary qualifications or relative experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication
• A dynamic, team player

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive the below;

• A remuneration package of up to $70k to $80k+superannuation, experience dependent
