Technology Refresh, works within the Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) team, undertaking a significant Technology Refresh program with a focus on ensuring fit for purpose technology across all business areas at DHA. Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) is responsible for all software related business analysis, business solutions, in-house software development, telephony, IT services and infrastructure.
The key duties of the position include
As the Project Coordinator, you will work within a team to provide implementation and administration support to deliver initiatives including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation, Enterprise Asset Management product enhancement, data initiatives and a suite of projects supporting digital workplace and cyber security. Your ability to set priorities across multiple projects will be complemented by your ability to manage positive relationships with stakeholders. You will have experience prepare meeting agendas, take minutes for IT and governance committees.
Skills you need to be successful in this role:
- Developing project documentation for IT projects and business communications and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve work area and agency goals.
- Organisational and analytical services, including the ability to establish and improve administrative processes to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage competing requirements.
- Secretariat services, preparing agendas, presentations and minute taking for IT or other technical project steering committees. Provide administrative support to IT projects.
