Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination and SAP implementations? I'm on the search for an SAP Project Coordinator for a groundbreaking Greenfield S/4HANA project based out of Sydney and with travel across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:
As the SAP Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a comprehensive SAP implementation from the ground up. This two-year contract position will involve close collaboration with the business, project team and outsourced partners, ensuring exceptional project outcomes and a harmonised project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, SAP consultants, and internal teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates.
- Resource Management: Coordinate project resources, including scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Issue Tracking and Resolution: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with the project team to develop and implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities adhere to established standards and best practices.
- Support and Training: Provide support to end users during the implementation phase, including organising training sessions and addressing any concerns or queries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within SAP implementation projects.
- Technical Skills: project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, bring teams together from multiple sites and foster a positive project environment.
