AddressAre you Project Coordinator looking for your next exciting move? Here at Findex we are currently looking for someone to join our collaborative PMO team. This role is flexible on location within Australia given our geographically disperse team.
The Project Coordinator will be part of a team that is focused on delivering strategic projects from planning through to implementation whilst partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Findex achieves success. Most importantly, this role will work to instil a Project Management mindset and discipline within the PMO function, creating a feedback loop between key stakeholders to ensure accountability and consistency of delivery.
What will your typical week look like?
- Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans to deliver project objectives that comply with the Findex’s project management framework
- Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issues logs
- Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process and steer-cos
- Focus on change management standards, and ensure others in the business understand and embrace project management methodologies and they are integrated into normal standard operating practices

You are someone with the following skills and experience...
- Proven experience in maintaining and delivering projects
- Proven experience coordinating teams and/or clients, ideally within a large corporate or SME
- Capacity to negotiate, as well as identify and manage risks and apply relevant market intelligence to make decisions
