We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager/Coordinator who is looking for a role where they can deliver on time, quality and professional projects whilst overseeing their team. 

Responsibilities include:

• Review the project and schedule deliverables 
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Organize materials and equipment to complete scope of works
• Meet client contractual obligations  
• Review the work progress reports on a daily basis 
• Provide detailed Daily/Weekly reporting to our client/s 
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Ensure quality construction standards are met 
• Completing safety documents such as risk assessments, SWMS etc. and ensure they are followed on site
• Maintain relationships with clients during project by facilitating strong communication channels 

The successful candidate will have:

• 4+ years’ experience in Project Management in Construction or the Civil Sector 
• Ability to work under well pressure to meet urgent deadlines
• Ability to prioritize safety on sites as well as quality outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
