The Organisation
Our client is Australia’s largest private hospital and healthcare provider with a large network of hospitals and pathology labs located across every State and Territory. They create jobs for over 17,000 workers and provide work for nearly as many accredited medical practitioners.
The Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM and Project Lead you’ll provide exceptional EA support and be responsible for the smooth running of projects from an administration perspective. This is a diverse and active role working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Specific duties will include:
- Diary and busy schedule management for both GM and Project Lead
- Email management and travel coordination
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as a point of contact and liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Ascertain project administration required on specific projects
- Issue relevant documents for project delivery
- Other ad-hoc administration activities as required
